Honest, upfront, on time.... Are you kidding me?? A trustworthy mechanic in Orange County? Courtesy Auto is the real deal. This is my 4th time returning. Summer even told me about a coupon they were running so I could save a few bucks last time I was in. I can't recommend them enough. I've brought my 1998 and 2011 here. Pros all the way around.

I have been going to Courtesy for a few years. I have a 2000 F150 with some quirks. The customer service and quality of work is exceptional.

I was excited when I found them online and see the reviews on Yelp about the quality and honesty of this auto service center. I have been there 3 times thus far and I recommend everybody I talk to because as we all know there are a lot of shady mechanics out there. Summer at the front desk has always been extremely helpful and working works with my schedule and needs. I would drive a distance to bring my vehicle here but fortunately they're right down the road. Great Job!

Driving from Del Mar to Portland, OR I had bearings go out on my trailer. I was in there parking lot waiting for them to open. Even though they were booked for the day with appointments, they prioritized my repair and got me on my way. Even though they knew I was in a desperate situation and I was driving a new Mercedes SUV, they didn't take advantage of me (were I'm sure others would have). In fact, they even minimized my labor by 1/2 hour. I was so pleased with their service, I treated the staff to some freshly brewed Starbucks. Thank you so vey much
