Single girl in a new city - not sure where to go now for car issues. Read the reviews on Yelp and decided to try Courtesy Automotive. I was super, super impressed. They are very helpful, honest and eager to resolve your issues. The pricing is fair, the explanations make sense. For "non-car" people like me, all you want is someone you can trust to take care of your vehicle, I have found that place and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Courtesy....

what a pleasure to find somebody with integrity in the auto repair business. our nissan 92 needed brakes , very pleased with service we received- i looked for aaa approved and was surprised that they didn't qualified for approval due to not having a separate bathroom for customers , nothing to do with the level of car repair ability !

My RV broke down on Saturday as we were about to attend the Doheny Blues Festival. I called Courtesy Automotive at 11am and Summer was so helpful and soothing. She told me they would be open until 2pm. (I had called many other places that were closed because it was Saturday) It took until 1pm to get the RV towed to Courtesy. Where we were met by Summer and her dad all ready to take care of us. The problem was quickly diagnosed, we needed a new water pump. I thought I would be stranded for the weekend because there wouldn't be enough time before they closed. The mechanic agreed to stay until the job was done. What a wonderful, fair place!!! As a woman going to a repair shop I am aware of how important an honest, fair mechanic is, I found Courtesy Automotive to be quite wonderful!!!

Honest, professional, knowledgeable and reasonable rates. What is not to like. They have performed work on my volvo and my wife's toyota with great results. Thanks to Rick and the rest of the team.

These guys are really honest. My idle was messed up on my Honda Pilot and they replaced it and then even lowered the labor charge. Got the work done on the same day. They also walked me through everything. Great people!
