San Clemente Auto Repair

Courtesy Automotive is awesome. Both my husband and I have taken our vehicles there, and they are very helpful. They aren't shady like a lot of other auto repair shops can be. They have fixed pricing, so everyone pays the same for repairs, which makes me feel a lot better. Also, their prices are lower than other shops in this neighborhood--I know, because we called around to EVERYWHERE before taking our cars in. They are honest, friendly, and will go above and beyond in making sure your car gets fixed (they did extra work on my husband's car and didn't charge extra labor, just to make sure our problem didn't reoccur.) They also don't keep your car for days and days--their work was quick. Highly recommended!

On my way up the I-5 from San Diego I had the misfortune of having a metal pole kicked up into my windshield. As my windshield was completely annihilated, my car was towed here to have the windshield replaced. While they do not do windshield replacements on site, they were able to call in their trusted windshield guy to do the work. I cannot really attest to the quality of the work done by the on-site mechanics, but what really left an impression on me in my time of need was the kindness and warmness shown to me by the Courtesy owner, Rick, and his staff. I felt blessed to be in the company of such good people under the circumstances. I truly believe this is a repair shop that endeavors to build relationships with customers through honesty and quality work. I wish there were more repair shops like this by where I live!

You get the best of both worlds with these guys...they are very cheap but they get the job done right! My husband has taken his Corvette in there twice and both times we have had such a wonderful experience! I would HIGHLY reccomend Courtesy Automotive to everyone around here that needs their car worked on :)

this place is absolutely fantastic!!! This is a well oiled family business that creates a comfortable environment for the customer. I felt so at home and even got advice on how to deal with purchasing a used vehicle. They are extremely thorough. I had a pre purchase evaluation done and expected them to make sure the fluids and brakes are good and make sure all the parts are there. But they literally took everything apart and gave me a report back that I was more than confident about. Kudos to you, CAS! I hope you guys truly last forever!!!
